STEP 1:

The second step includes thinking about a great business idea it is preferable to pick up an idea that is solving a problem in your society as it provides a pre-clear visualization. According to business leaders, a good product is that which collects its revenue, not from direct use of the product by the user's it collect revenue by other means so that people will think that they are using it free of cost.

For example, you are using FACEBOOK and it is free of cost but we all know Facebook is the world's third revenue-making company but how? Facebook is taking your time and converting it into money you are eating and after that using most of your time watching Facebook where does that food gone then it is taken up by facebook your time factor is their revenue.

STEP 2:

Thirdly you have to design a business plan -the step seems very easy but includes lots of complications as in this step you have to do a lot of market research like counting the population who want your product how much impact your product can bring in their life and most importantly how much they can pay you for your product or service.

STEP 3:

Make a proper plan count the total amount of money you can invest in the business(here comes the risk ) bring other co-founders so that they can financially and strategically help in your journey count the total cash flow in and out include the marketing cost(nowadays this is the most money-eating step and you can't also make your business without this neither someone copy your idea and then will make it better than you with a more acquisition ).

Fourthly comes to bring your idea into reality in this step you may hire a or some people who already have done or having some experience in making your product and it is advisable to learn the fundamental of the technology which is used in the background of product you want to build as in this way you will save some of your money and you will have some clarity that what is going on.

STEP 5:

In this step you have to launch your product and make your product a talk of the town so that you can stand in this competitive world and remember always your product should be consumer fitting as finally, they will buy it take reviews feedback, and iterate your product design your product to look fascinating (but not more important than the taste of the product means inner qualities).

Then the most important and challenging part in a businessman's life comes in getting funding for the execution and expansion of your business.
