When we start thinking about our faults, our mistakes, our failures then depression starts capturing our soul.
To deal with it everyone should take depression in a positive way as it helps you in realising your true position, in what areas you are bad at? What should be your next step to make the next day more valuable than today.
And I think everyone should take depression like a flammable inner motivation to hustle more.
But there are many more reasons due to which people are suffering from depression.
Then how should they respond and deal with this serious but common condition.

There's a saying according to which
"Mental pain is less dramatic than physical pain but it is more common and also harder to bear."
So, you should not take depression lightly.
Depression can hit you at any age.
But you can get over of it with strong will and determination.
Generally people think that depression is long term sadness but it is much more than sadness.
The most important thing to get over it is to bring #DISCIPLINE in your life.
AND THE OTHERS ARE:-
- You should decide that you have to overcome it.
- Try to feel the connection of your body with nature. You can try meditation.
- Start controlling your mind, leave the thought that you are in control of it.
- Start spending some time with your family and friends.
- Instead of being in closed room whole day come out and feel fresh air around you.
- Get use to of a good habit. Indulge yourself in something productive.
- Start doing exercise.
- Start spending sometime in places of worship for positive vibes.
