     INTRODUCTION

    The Internet of Things or IOT is a system in which computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, people that are provided with unique identifiers, and devices having the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human interaction with the system. Various devices are interconnected to each other and they coordinate with each other to perform some action.

    COMPONENTS OF IOT INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT) 

    Consists of four distinct components: sensors/actuators, connectivity, data processing, and a user interface. 

     1. Sensors 

    These are the electronic devices which sense some changes in environment like sound sensor, light sensors, heat sensor, etc. It also consists of actuators - devices that can make changes to the environment like - turning on the fan, starting music when your mood is off. 

     2.Connectivity 

    After sensing the objective the sensor sends a message to the cloud or any server for further action through a lot of different mediums. Like cellular data, Wi-Fi, etc. 

     3.Data processing 

    After the data gets to the cloud, the software performs some kind of processing on it and converts the data into useful information.

     4. User interface 

    After that, the machine sends a message to the user by the relevant medium and devices.

     SCOPE OF IOT

    As we are moving towards the direction of automation in every field like from hospitality to surgery for the disease at hospitals so in this era IOT engineers are in high demand for every institution. If you are a fresher in that field then your salary will vary between 4-10LPA but once you will get 4-5 years of experience then you will see a hike in your salary up to 2-3 times and maybe more than this due to the covid-19 pandemic.
